What is coaching?

The International Coach Federation defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.

Why is coaching successful?

Coaching succeeds because you form a partnership with your coach that's focused on the realization of your visions, goals, and desires.  The partnership gives you the accountability, encouragement, and structure you may need to think bigger and live your life with greater intention.

What are coaching sessions like?

Coaching is usually done by telephone or online, which makes staying in frequent, regular contact easy. Real growth comes from the work done between sessions, including prayer, reflection, meditation, and journaling.

What is in the area called Private Client Center?

In this area clients can:

  • Complete their Call Strategy Forms
  • Complete and update all forms including their Client Profile, Goals, Discovery, and Evaluation Forms
  • Check on their upcoming appointments
  • Monitor payments (if on a payment plan)
  • Read documents and materials posted for their use

 

What happens if I have to miss a coaching session?

Cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance.  If you have a valid emergency causing you to miss a call, and you are not able to give me 24 hours notice, I will do my best to reschedule your appointment.  (If rescheduling is not possible, we can do "laser coaching" via email until our next scheduled call.)  Missed calls that are not related to a valid emergency are not made up or refunded.

What happens if we have to re-schedule an appointment?

For individual coaching, if either one of us is unable to keep a regularly scheduled call, we will compare calendars in advance to book another time.

What if I need to "pause" coaching for a while?

If you decide to pause coaching for a time, any unused sessions you've already paid for will continue to be available to be scheduled in the future.  Any pre-paid sessions not used will expire one year after payment.

What do I do if I can't remember my password?

Go to the home page of my Private Client Center and click on the “Login” link at the top center.  Enter your username, then click on the “I FORGOT MY PASSWORD” button. My system will automatically send you an email with your password included.  If you've misplaced your username, email me and I'll send it to you.
